Mr. Lively has over a decade of real estate investing experience with an outstanding track record of working with both accredited and institutional investors. Prior to founding Cloudline Investments he served as SVP at Maximus Real Estate Partners, overseeing over three billion dollars of multifamily transactions.

Mr. Lively holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Washington and is a Chartered Financial Analyst®. The Chartered Financial Analyst® (“CFA”) title is an internationally recognized designation known for its educational rigor and its emphasis on ethics and professional conduct.
